Vickie Linscott is a seasoned professional, with over 20 years' experience in real estate sales, strategy & business development, marketing, & market research. As a Realtor with close to 9 years "in the trenches," Vickie has applied her skills in representing buyers and sellers to achieve a variety of objectives, including but not limited to:
- Creating a customized game plan based on clients needs;
- Matching clients with homes based on an in-depth analysis of "ideal" features;
- Educating clients regarding best-fit loans, credits, and programs to maximize investments;
- Calculating net proceeds or estimated closing requirements to eliminate surprises;
- Negotiating win-win contractual agreements; and
- Managing the process of buying and selling.
As an industry leader, Vickie has served the Savannah Board of Realtors in a number of key roles and is currently the 2009 President-Elect of the 1700-member trade organization. She is a continuing member of the "Distinguished Sales Society" and was selected as the Savannah Board of Realtors' "Realtor of the Year" in 2007. Vickie has also served as the President of the Savannah Women's Council of Realtors (2006) and is currently the Georgia State Women's Council of Realtors Secretary.
