Vickie Linscott is a Savannah native and has been a Realtor® for over eight years. She is currently affiliated with Keller Williams Realty Coastal Area Partners, located in Southside Savannah. Vickie’s work in real estate includes sales in the tri-county area (Bryan, Chatham, & Effingham), with the highest concentration of clients on the Southside & Wilmington Island areas of Savannah as well as the bedroom communities of Pooler and Richmond Hill.
Prior to real estate, Ms. Linscott worked as a strategy development & marketing professional for a major teaching hospital and brings many of the planning, finance, and development skills to her role as real estate consultant.
Vickie is currently serving as the 2008 Savannah Board of Realtors (SABOR) Vice President of Professional Development, and was the 2007 Vice President of Member Services. Moreover, she just completed a year as the 2006 President of the Savannah Chapter of the Women’s Council of Realtors (WCR), a community of top producing real estate professionals in this market. Currently, Vickie serves as the State Chair, Bylaws for the Georgia WCR and most recently served as the State Chair, Education.
To date, Vickie has achieved the national designations of Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI), Performance Management Network (PMN), Quality Service Certification (QSC), and Residential Marketing Master (RMM). Moreover, Linscott is a Continuing Member of the Savannah Board of Realtors® Distinguished Sales Society. Most recently, she received Facilitator Certification for Georgia Association of Realtors (GAR) continuing education courses.
This year, Vickie was awarded status as the SABOR "2007 Realtor of the Year."
On a personal note, Linscott is a member of Calvary in Savannah and is active in the music ministry. Vickie also has one child in college and one working as a paramedic.
